Licia Viero lives in Bassano del Grappa, in the north-east part of Italy. She is illustrator, painter and decorator. Her first exhibition is in 1999 at the Arengari Palace of Milan. Licia realized many illustrations for children books and comics for independent publications. Has shown her artworks in galleries and museums. In her works Licia represents the female universe studing the emotional make-up and the strenght with a style that goes beyond aesthetics. The main inspirations come from the african and south-american art.

Licia Viero vive a Bassano del Grappa e lavora come illustratrice, pittrice e decoratrice. La sua prima esposizione è del 1999, al Palazzo dell‘Arengari di Milano. Ha realizzato illustrazioni di libri per bambini e fumetti per pubblicazioni indipendenti. Ha esposto in gallerie e musei.
Nelle sue opere rappresenta l’universo femminile, studiandone l’emotività e la forza con uno stile che va oltre l’estetismo. Le maggiori fonti di ispirazione sono l’arte africana e quella sudamericana.
